Order Processing

• All products are custom-made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing and production before shipping.
• Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
• Standard delivery time after dispatch is 5–10 business days (Maximum Time), depending on the shipping address.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can track your package.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Any free shipping offers will be clearly specified during special promotions.

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays
