Custom Products: Since all our products are custom-made and personalized as per your requirements, we do not offer returns or refunds for orders once they are processed.

Printing Mistakes: Refunds and returns are only applicable if there is a printing mistake or error made by us (the seller). In such cases:

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by sending an email to [your support email] with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the printing mistake
  • A brief description of the error

Our support team will review your request and, upon confirmation of the printing mistake, we will:

  • Offer a free replacement or
  • Provide a full refund, as per your preference

Conditions Not Covered for Refund/Return

No returns or refunds for custom products due to personal preference, incorrect information provided by you, color variations, or minor print differences.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours after delivery; requests beyond this period will not be accepted. The product must be unused and in original condition when raising a complaint about a printing error.
